What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading the game
2. tried adjusting settings
3. got black screen "cant load big file"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
was on an older rev, updated to newest, my wii is on 4.1u

Please provide any additional information below.
i was able to get the game running thru usb loader gx, although i prefer 
wiiflow.

Try defragmenting your drive. Also i need to know the EXACT error message, not 
a translation.

how exactly would you defrag a wbfs drive without reformatting ? And if that 
was the issue wouldn't I have the same problem on the other loaders ? Also, 
sorry I can not give exact message , it only came up once. Thanks

This error message does not exist in wiiflow so I'm going to mark this invalid 
now.  Only post issues on the latest rev.

With the same configuration (Wii 4.1 and last version of wiiflow) I got a 
"can't open BigFile" screen as soon as the "how to hold wiimote screen" appears.
It works on uLoader and configurable USB Loader without any customized option.

here was the problem, i was still on wiiflow 1.1. i tried other wiis, and same 
thing. "CANT OPEN BIGFILE" .... just updated to Wiiflow 2.2 R254. runs 
flawlessly. hope this clears issue up and helps out anyone else. thanks

Pal of mine softmodded, so quiet new to wiisoftmods, never had any issues 
before except this game with cant load big file. any guide to how to update to 
version 2.2 am running ios 249 @ 1.1 and get the above message

Ive done what it says on the Upgrade to 2.2 (didnt remove dirc wiiflow in apps 
as mine was called Wiiflow249. extracted the contents like it says but still 
loads as version 1.1?

Wiiflow 2.2 doesn't work with custom wiiflow folder names, change the folder 
name to Wiiflow (instead of Wiiflow249). Also it sounds like you are using a 
full wiiflow channel, you just need a forwarder channel, you can find one on 
our wiiflow website.

The version NTSC don't throw any trouble. and i use revision 263.

I tried the pal version myself with Wiiflow revision 265.
IOS 249, cIOSx rev19, base 38. The game runs perfect.
