enable multi-currency option #14

We have had a couple of people who have asked about using USD to make payments. I did the fix....on the fly though. Couldn't test it. If any fixes are needed, let me know.

Sorry, just getting to this. It's fine, however you put the currency, as long as they are able to use the different currencies that Paystack supports.
