translate tables to markdown #24

Because, unfortunately, the markdown parser doesn't bother to translate markdown within HTML tags. So, if I use HTML tables, I can't enforce markdown constraints within them, and we have descended into veritable anarchy.

Down is up, right is wrong, dogs and cats are napping on the same couches, e-mail spam is edible, canned spam... is also edible...

So it needs to be fixed.

Already done issue tracking. Now check all the other pages for tables, yo.
