And WhatsApp's original notification is being shown even when notification setting is OFF

Still happening. This is a blocker for the release. Original notification not being dismissed when notification setting is off.

@spuday90 Test this kn your end and if you cannot reproduce it, we can use the legacy reply function instead of oreo when notification setting is off.

If it is not working, we can try this:

If Notification off
- New install -> oreo reply
- Old install -> legacy reply
