"Whats New" button should disappear on activity resume instead of "on click" #235

(Not a priority) Currently, the "Whats New" button vanishes before the link is even viewed. Just feels like a visual glitch and it also closes before the user selects the app. May be I'll make a short screencast showing the issue if needed.
