Enhancement: Allow creation of desktop shortcuts to books #453

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run ebookdroid app.
2. Try to create a shortcut to a particular book on the desktop.

What is the expected output?
User should be able to create shortcuts to books.

What do you see instead?
This is not possible at the moment - shortcuts cannot be created from within 
the application, or through the desktops "Add shortcut" option.

What version of the product are you using?
1.6.6

On what operating system?
Android 4.0.4

What device are you using?
Lenovo A789

Please provide any additional information below.
Launcher used: ADW EX launcher

Strange...
On the one hand, the shortcuts are created and do work. On the other hand, when 
I create them, then after "shortcut ... created" message, I get "No more room 
on this home screen". When I quickly press the back button, ebookdroid crashes.

I can no longer reproduce the crash - maybe it was a fluke? :-\
Which log do you mean? Does ebookdroid produce its own log, or do you mean 
logcat?

On crash in java code ebd creates log in /sdcard/.org.ebookdroid/logs
