browsing a cops opds server shows nothing #675

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure a local server with cops opds, https, basic auth
2. configure ebookdroid to connect to that server
3. try to browse th opds server

What is the expected output?
see yhe book collection

What do you see instead?
nothing

What version of the product are you using?
latest play store version and cops 0.6.2

On what operating system?
android 4.3 and 4.4

What device are you using?
cm pollux_windy/xperia tab z

Please provide any additional information below.
the problem appeared some time ago but i had time to do some trial. at least 
other 2 ebook reader softwares are browsing the same opds correctly

no sorry it's my home server.. if it helps i used some # character in calibre 
tags. I can also try to make a small library with the test case but you will 
need an http server with php to test it.

Exact same problem with a Nexus 4, all device and app latest versions.
OPDS server :http://www.ebooksgratuits.com/opds/index.php

Works fine with Aldiko

Doesn't work for my instance of COPS server, - via ebookdroid I cannot retrive 
anything.

Please check with this url: http://leaf.selfip.net:9999/cops/index.php

As far as I know COPS if you are using index.php it will return HTML5+CSS3 
catalog. For OPDS you'll need to use feed.php

Ну так и есть: http://leaf.selfip.net:9999/cops/feed.php и все 
пашет в полный рост. Вот только у вас там 
все в формате mobi. Мы такое не умеем 
показывать, соответственно по умолчанию и 
отфильтровываем из OPSD. Посмотрите в 
настройках OPDS есь галочка насчем 
фильтрации поддерживаемых форматов.

P.S. Just to note: FBReader can connect to this COPS server using index.php :)
