With cropped margin, page pushed down erroneously requiring flick up to see all #682

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn "Crop Margin"on
2. View PDF file
3.

What is the expected output?
All of printed page without margin

What do you see instead?
Bottom lines off bottom of screen, have to flick up to see. Used to work fine 
until a few days ago.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest

On what operating system?

What device are you using?

Here's one. Like I said, worked fine last week. Misbehaving on my friend's
tablet also. Not absolutely sure about this attachment because I deleted
your app from my tablet yesterday, but it seemed to do it with every
single-page PDF file I have.

Also, if you would add "Jump To Letter", ideally with a swipe from the right
bringing up the letter tabs, you'd have a truly killer app for musicians.
It's really necessary when you've got hundreds of files in a folder.
