What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I activated edit tools while device in vertical position.
2. Then - while still in edit tools - I change device position to landscape.

What is the expected output?
View also should be changed from vertical to landscape

What do you see instead?
View remain as if device in vertical position including title bar & system menu 
bar not only document view

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.6

On what operating system?
ICS 4.0.4

What device are you using?
Samsung galaxy 7.7 3G edition

Please provide any additional information below.
Screen sensor set at "automatic". So, is this a bug or normal? I see that view 
should be changed by changing position of device while edit mode active.

Yes, we have to lock view orientation in action mode, including tools view. 
Otherwise, the behavior of application would be unpredictable.
