Your document refers to external font named AdobeMyungjoStd-Medium. This font 
not embedded in the document, that why it is only 42 kB. You should get some 
where that font (google tells me this link: 
http://www.font-style.com/english/font/adobemyungjostd-medium-ttf) and put it 
to /sdcard/fonts/ folder or in the folder where your document is.  After that 
all korean letters will be shown correctly.

In second document your pdf creating program uses font named "Helvetica", BUT! 
This is a builtin font that should contain only US ASCII symbols. So, 
technically second document is not valid.
