Option to not showing empty pages #790

what do you think of this option?

i think it will be easy to detect if a page if empty (in epub and pdfs at 
least) and putting an option to skip them

Right now empty pages should be removed from EPUBS. If it is not true, please 
provide example document.

Removing empty pages from pdf is not possible without full rendering each page 
which is time costly and also can break links.

thanks for answer,
i've found some empty pages in for example Tim Ferris 4 Hour chef epub, 
at first sight the page is empty, i don't know if there is something in the 
page, 
visibly is empty
