requesting search feature in "All Settings" #809

As for the growing number of options in all settings menu it bedims though to 
remember a single settings under which option, have to find several times in 
the all settings menu.

It would be so good if there is a search bar in all settings just like Ubuntu 
settings we can find the settings we want to change. If I want to change the 
background colour I have to recall the steps in settings and have to trap 
several times instead I cv could just enter "colo" in search and available 
options would show.
