Fails to run webServer.py after installation #12

Following documentation on https://www.adeept.com/learn/tutorial-318.html, point 3.9 : the startup of the webServer fails because of missing libraries Adafruit_PCA9685 and psutil

Is the user supposed to get these modules from another source? Which one?

  1. Please confirm whether to run the setup.py program.
