I tried to connect the VNC viewer to have a camera feedback wireless but it worked once and then it stopped working. The error message is : can't show the actual remote desktop

Do you have an idea?

When I connect with it to an external screen via HDMI, i see the raspberry's logo, than nothing , is it normal ?

Yours Sincerely

Hello,

  1. This may be due to insufficient power supply of the Raspberry Pi, causing the Raspberry Pi to keep restarting.
  2. You can try to remove the Raspberry Pi HAT expansion board, and then observe whether the Raspberry Pi can start normally. (Please disconnect the power supply before removing the HAT expansion board)
  3. This may be due to the Raspberry Pi OS file being damaged/lost, causing the Raspberry Pi to fail to start normally. Please try to re-burn the Raspberry Pi image file.

Best!
