hello i use windows 7, i have seen thanks to this post https://github.com/adeii/supermium-portable/issues/17#issuecomment-2324190543 that a beta version of FF 130 is available. i wanted to ask how to access to FF130 versions? (even if they are beta versions), with a normal way? i mean without the deleted post linked above, how we could see the new versions?

thanks

I am waiting for r3dfox 130, for FF / LW 130 builds.

Yes but how can we access to this kind of link: https://github.com/adeii/supermium-portable/releases/download/F129/Firefox-portable-130.0b9-x64-win8.7z ? (which "things" do we have to clic to get the same link?)

If you mean on original source, it from Mozilla's site: https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/130.0b9/ For Win 8 is easy - unpack exe with 7zip or UniExtract and change Major...SystemVersion from 000A to 0006, via CFF Explorer for files firefox.exe and private-browsing.exe. For Win 7 you must use DLL from r3dfox of the same version or to compile Firefox from sourcecode, with patches for r3dfox.

Maybe, just maybe, 32bit Firefox could run on Win 7, with Win8 mod + enabled VxKex for Firefox.exe. At least, I do that for Floorp 1.17.x.

I tryed r3dfox but it doesnt open the "settings" page when i clic it in the menu (i will notify it in issues) r3dfox, and so this FF mod, use about:confignew, not about:config. Yes, this FF has problem with adding FF extensions/plugins. Themes works, at the least. Must be totaly lack of legacy components. According to this: https://github.com/xiaoxiaoflood/firefox-scripts?tab=readme-ov-file#instructions You can unpack 1st zip to APP folder and 2nd zip to DATA/PROFILE/DEFAULT/CHROME for partial solutions.
