Looking for available (public, free to use, ...) API to get lands registry data (italian "catasto")

Found this one: https://developers.italia.it/it/api/ade-cartografia-wms It's the official and free service from "Agenzia delle Entrate", it looks promising but also requires some time to investigate how it works. It's also using a legacy XML format rather than JSON and this would complicate a bit the integration.
