The constitution is required for us to incorporate as a non-for-profit and there are a few main sections that still have worked on, namely:

Roles for executive members
Clear multi-faceted objectives
Clear guide for electoral processes
Clear guidance for treasury and more. Preferable completion end of July.

@adelaideblockchain/management, I have finished formatting the original constitution posted by @barbaravr , it is in the admin repo.

For the people performing the edits in google drive, please be sure to transfer those to the github file once you are done. Cheers!

PS: Also, feel free to comment on the current constitution's layout and make contributions or tell me what needs to be changed!
