Plugin doesn't work with new 2021.1 EAP #66

The .env files support (id=ru.adelf.idea.dotenv, path=~/.local/share/JetBrains/PhpStorm2021.1/idea-php-dotenv-plugin-2020.3.jar, version=2020.3) plugin Plugin '.env files support' (version '2020.3') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 203.* or older but the current build is PS-211.4961.37

... and it's back to version 0.7
