It is now possible to set/get the position of the reaction centroid nodes
RelAbsVector conversions ara now moved to the C++ layer
get...AsDouble and set...AsDouble functions are added to help get and set RelAbsVector values using a double
Predefined styles' features are now all lower case
Predefined styles are now split into multiple functions and each function is called when the name of the style is used
Predefined default style and the used default style are now consistent (used default style is no longer hard-coded)
replace the runtime error with a std::cerr to show the user the autolayout did not converge
Functions to get the default values of the render features for each element are added
