ID is a number between 1 and 48—not zero padded,
ATTRIBUTE is all of "Model", "Temperature", "Thermostat Mode", "Heat Setpoint", "Cool Setpoint", "Heat Call", "Cool Call", "Fan Mode", "Fan Call", "Humidity", "Humidistat Mode", "Humidity Setpoint", "Humidity Call".
