Pyscripter on Windows Server 2012... fails to load. #764

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Pyscripter on Windows Server 2012
2. Install Python 2.7.5
3.Try opening the 2.7 version of Pyscripter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fails with "Python could not be properly initialized. We must quit.
If I use python from the command prompt I have no issues with anything I do 
there.  I tried a number of different python installs, Anaconda, the install 
from python.org... they all work from the command line, but Pyscripter still 
will not open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest on Windows Server 2012

Please provide any additional information below.

Before I'm asked... I tried both the 32bit version and 64bit versions of 
pyscripter with python 64bit install.  Other IDE's can switch between 32/64bit 
versions of pyscripter, but I just read that you can't do this with pyscripter. 
 At any rate, it doesn't work even with using pyscripter 64bit with python 
64bit on Windows2012. Seems to work on other windows platforms fine.
