Doesn't initialize on Python 3.4.0 #768

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Pyscripter doesn't initialize with Python 3.4.0, but it works fine with 3.3.4.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.3.0 x86 on XP

yeah, but what about a x64 version? I use Windows 7 64 bit.
