Evertime you run PyScripter, a new shortuct is created and the version increases by 1 #788

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the program
2. A new file will be created.

For example if you run PyScripter, a new shortcut is created called "PyScripter 
for Python 2.4". Run again and another program file is created called 
"PyScripter for Python 2.6". 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?Would not expect new 
shortcuts being created.

What version of the product are you using? PyScripter 2.5.3
On what operating system? Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
