Add Infinite Scrolling to Scholarships List #5

[ ] Use infinite scrolling instead of pagination to potentially help increase user engagement.
[ ] Add either a load more button or a "drag to refresh" feature to show more scholarships.
[ ] Add a scroll to top button when bottom of page is reached

These are nice to have features, not a priority right now. Ignore for now.

[ ] Notify user if end of search has been reached and recommend a blog or forum for them to read next.
[ ] Consider autoloading scholarships, immediately after user reaches the bottom and a visual circular timer of 1-3 seconds before new content is automatically fetched.

Played around with the ngx-infinite-scroll plunkr, Looks good. Can you go ahead and implement it in the scholarships list display? But try to solve issue #2 first.
