The postcss-base64 plugin seems obsolete.
Indeed, despite the fact that PostCSS v8 was deployed many months ago, this plugin does not seem to have migrated to v8 yet.
We should see if it is still relevant to use this plugin or if an alternative exists or if it should not be removed altogether.
