Describe the changes

This PR aim to enhance drastically the iconCompiler. In this PR you will find

[ ] Remove old icons batch
[ ] Remove unneeded svgo plugins ( SVGO is applied directly from figma)
[ ] Allow more complex structure
[ ] Merge coloured and default svg
[ ] Enhance IconTile
[ ] Add name section
[ ] Add 20px size
[ ] Remove px from svg
