Converted formatting rules to use JSON Command topic, reducing # of required Items. #53

-Rewrote all openHAB->HASP rules to use the JSON command topic for formatting like button text and font size. -Removed all individual items for txt/font/bco topics (cut # of items down by half) -Added "Refresh" button to the sitemap, to allow resending all formatting messages manually
