What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  logger
2.  menu
3.  select a log
4.  Dmesg

What is the expected output?  dmesg log

What do you see instead?  blank screen

What version of the product are you using? 1.1

On what operating system?
Sprint Hero 
Firmware: 1.5
baseband: 1.04.01.09.21
kernel  : 2.6.27-533ce29d htc-kernel@and18-2 )
build: 1.56.651.2 CL85027 release-keys
software: 1.56.651.2
hardware version: 2

Correction:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  logger
2.  menu
3.  select a log
4.  Dmesg
5.  menu

What is the expected output?  dmesg log menu options (email send, save, etc...)

What do you see instead?  
1. blank screen
2. after 30 seconds:
"Sorry!, Activity Logger (in application Logger) is not responding"  "force 
close" 
"wait"
