Fix publishing of multiple markdown files at once #70

There was an error when multiple markdown files were modified at once, so the xml files did not get moved to the right position correctly, because they all got deleted after the first file was moved which lead to errors.

I ran the program a few times, but I still could not understand what happened. It behaves in part funny, reports that XML files are pushed successfully, which is not the case ...

Are you sure that the issue you describe is related to the changes in this PR?

Can you narrow down the error and create an issue in the issue tracker, if it is not related to this PR? It would be great, if you could review this PR anyways, because this is a critical bug for the live system.

The fault was identified. It wasn't with jekyll2cms, it was caused by an unexspected namechange in the devblog-repo of a vital configurationfile.
