Support for patterns as well as colors #11

Reported by Samael.Bate, Jul 3, 2013 wicked charts only allows for setting a fill as a Color or a ColorReference. SVG allows for creating patterns which can be used as a fill.

It would be great if wicked charts could support patterns as well as colors as it would benefit users with color blindness.
