Changing git-hooks folder & Creating Installation script. #47

We need to rename and move the content of the gitHooks folder to "scripts/git-hooks". Also, we need a hooks-installation script to copy git-hooks folder content to the .git/hooks folder. The installation script can be similar to the rename-project script. The hooks-installation script should be in the same directory as the rename-project script. The hooks-installation script usage should be added to the readme file.
