Install LDAP module through setup.py #10

The setup.py script should install the Python LDAP module through setuptools if it is not already installed.

Added in dependency. Also double-checked that I cannot close a ticket via commit message by saying "#10 resolved". Only "resolved #10" and other keywords will do.

Welp. I really should've double-checked this on a machine that didn't already have the LDAP module installed. Re-opening.

Re-closing. I haven't made any changes to this since re-opening the ticket, so it seems it worked all along...

Whether or not it actually happens seems to be due to the setup of the server (alternately, I just wasn't watching).
