fix: UserAvatr badge position is not correct

Comparring the position we have and the one from the figma file I had to adjust them. However currently I could only use a Y offset whil we also needed a X offset so I added it to the api

This fix it temporarly but we need a solution to place the badge dynamicalyy to avoid using a brand new size with offset every time. To be done in #SPA-184
