[Dialog] CTAs have bad positions when dialog is not full screen #2247

Description

When I open a dialog with 2 CTAs on a large screen (open pixel fold open, or tablet) I can see that the 2 buttons are not well placed They should be both at the bottom and side by side

Steps to reproduce

Not possible to reproduce at the moment. The bug was noticed since the width of dialog was too small, and this width has been fixed.
