[Design spec] Snackbar information outdated

As reported here by Elisa: https://adevinta.slack.com/archives/C05SUA7BBPZ/p1719557138762869. The snackbar on Android has the closing next to the action, that information needs to be added to the spec.

Android:

• No swipe gestures, needs to be added as well
