Delete the "language" label to free up real-estate in the window. Relocate drop down menu to top left of window Shorten Language description options

English = EN Russian = RU German = GE

Create word document for language translation.

Updated list for English Russian and German translations. We should probably work on finding someone that can check it because some of them don't reverse translate correctly.
