Write up docs for deciding between location centric vs streaming api #293

As discussed, we need some docs easing people into the ICAR ADE standard. With the 1.3 release coming up, the streaming api will be introduced, aside to the location centric api's. We need some docs to help people understand the differences and use-cases for both.
