We agreed that we would like to prepare v1.4 for release ahead of the Bled meeting, ideally perhaps in March.

- [ ] #383https://github.com/adewg/ICAR/issues/383 Animal group and position events have been discussed and defined. Lower priority, but depends on #239https://github.com/adewg/ICAR/issues/239 to complete.
- [ ] #440https://github.com/adewg/ICAR/issues/440 Update the resource type catalogue markdown to make it easier to get resourceType values correct.
