This resource is intended as a calculated resource or prediction relating to a gestation, not an event. In order to record a pregnancy check or other reproductive observation, use icarReproHeatEventResource, icarReproPregnancyCheckResource, or icarReproStatusObservedEventResource.
Task for this issue is to improve the description for the gestation resource, as per discussion in #459
