More detail about insemination needed #494

Within the icarReproInseminationEventResource we would like to be able to distinguish whether an insemination was done by an inseminator from a breeding organization, or done by the farm owner/farm employee.

Might responsible from icarEventCoreResource be useful for this? You may need to consider some coding mechanism, but it doesn't seem to be widely used and could meet this need.

We agreed that responsible should be used for the technician or an technician code. However, a dedicated property to identify the type of inseminator (AI company or other) would be nice. Something like "DIY" or "FarmerApplied"
