rpm based distros are using monitoring-plugins as name schema

This pull request just fixes a name schema issue. Because deb based distros are using "nagios-plugins" and rpm based distros are using "monitoring-plugins"

Seems like the monitoring-plugins-all package only exists in some openSUSE repos: https://pkgs.org/search/?q=monitoring-plugins-all

Whereas the nagios-plugins-all package is available for Centos and others: https://pkgs.org/search/?q=nagios-plugins-all

Am I missing something?
