K8s/Helm Charts #49

We should start including a K8s/Helm happy path with projects based on this cookiecutter template.

k8s/helm happy so basically a path with django-hurricane or even a chart in the template?

i'm not sure if cookiecutter can shell out to helm create to do some of it's job, but yeah including a chart would be the way to go imo
