This should fix the deprecation warnings in the actions view.

This also removes duplicates actions.

Rather then manually updating actions I'd say we should rather configure dependabot to take care of it. Have a look at how it's configured for openshift-etcd-backup.

It now additionally configures Dependabot. Inspired by the linked repo, I've added linting and the release automation as well. To fix the resultant failed actions, I have opened #6.
