[URGENT]: upgrade to ember 5.4

What to refactor

Everything needed to get to the latest lts version of ember (5.8)

Why refactor it

We are currently on 4.12, it's security support ends on the 26th May 2024

We are on 4.4 which has been EOL for 9 months now 😬

How to refactor it

My 2 cents (dead but core packages): https://github.com/jonathanKingston/ember-cli-sri completly dead but there seems to be no alternative

https://github.com/mainmatter/ember-test-selectors use master branch for a few unreleased updates for babel, otherwise dead

Maybe ember-cli-sri could be replaced with a webpack plugin + embroider?
