codifying with Terrafrom without Ansible #6

I only saw the other Terraform PR when I finished my PR, a classic. Anyways I think since this project seems to be no longer maintained or actively used, my generic implementation without Ansible might be useful for someone, your call.

Hey GitarPlayer,

thanks for the contribution! As you already noticed we have a different PR for an terraform example. As admins usually have their own terraform / ansible pipeline I would like to keep the reference policy / commands in README.md
