Create Kanban Board:

Navigate to the "Projects" tab in the repository.
Create a new project named "Development Kanban Board".
Choose the "Board" view.

Configure Columns:

Add columns: Backlog, In Progress, Review/QA, Done.

Populate Board:

Add all initial issues to the Backlog column.
