"Command-not-acceptable" error with Ahn 2.4, PB 2.0, and ESL #7

This is going through the voicemail plugin. It bails on the initial menu ask. Without adhearsion_asr it works fine but frequently runs into the race condition.

For now you have to use mod_rayo. We havn't implemented Prompt support on ESL.

Closing since ESL support is being phased out in favour of mod_rayo.
