VoicemailController abruptly hangs up once the caller pushes 1 to confirm the recording (https://github.com/adhearsion/voicemail/blob/develop/lib/voicemail/call_controllers/voicemail_controller.rb#L12). It would be nice to play back a message before we hangup after saving the voicemail.
