Maximized window being minimized does not unpause SmartVideoWallpaper #2

Hi,

on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed I got the video wallpaper to work after installing gstreamer-plugins-vaapi and then logging out and in again. (Before, a black background was shown on desktop and in the preview window.)

Thanks for the plugin - I am really liking it!

There's an issue, though: Very nicely the video stops when a window is maximized. E.g. 95% of the day my Firefox window is maximized and in foreground. However, if I minimize Firefox, the desktop background stays paused. To unpause, I need to first un-maximize Firefox (or probably any other window).

Is there a chance you could fix this? Do you need any further info from me?

PS: I'd love a day/night cycle background and I believe no-one has built one for plasma yet. Maybe, if provided with a prepared video (so not a rendered scene), a simple video background could every few seconds/minutes seek to a position in the video corresponding with the time of day?

I'm having the same issue on Arch. Video stays paused even after minimizing any maximized window.

That only happens to me if a window stays maximized on a second monitor, check #4 if that's the case
