Investigate removing fine location in favor of coarse #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a new version of the app
2. Note the permissions
3. Both fine & coarse location are required

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The purpose of being location aware is to find the closest stations to stream. 
This correlation is made by zip codes and thus using fine location is likely 
unnecessary.

I've reinstalled the NPR app 3 times now - never have been given opportunity to 
revise permissions to coarse location - so the app keeps killing the battery.  
Had to un-install.

This on an HTC Incredible operating on Android 2.3.4.
